Refer a friend Scheme

Earn yourself and your friend discounts by simply referring them and enter one of our events. Once you enter an event you can log in to your profile and hit the button to "refer". Do this and not only does your friend get 5% off their entry but you earn £2 on your account to go towards your next entry.

Earn Prevail Points on all our events!

Earning points is easy. Every time you enter an event via our website you earn points. We reward loyalty, so use our site directly to benefit. 

Once you have earned your points you can exchange them for rewards in the form of money off UPrevail events. This will be in the form of a gift card. Redeem your points to receive your gift card with an exclusive code, which you enter at checkout for your chosen event.

The more you enter the more points you earn. 

You know we value our volunteer team. So we not only look after you on the events you give up time to support but you earn points while you're there too. 

UMatter to us and this is our way of saying thank you. 

We try our best to look after every one of our volunteer workforce on the day of the events. We will provide food and drinks at every event and will add little extras associated to the event, In addition you earn points for your time.

We will keep track of your points so you dont have to have a profile on our website. After each event simply complete the provided volunteer form with your hours and the database will update. You can check your rewards by emailing us. Exchange your points for gift cards in our shop or for Love2 Shop high street vouchers as we know not every volunteer wants to, or cant, take part in our events.  

What do you points add up to?

The finer details to be eligible:

• You must have an UPrevail account to get loyalty points - if you checkout as a guest you will not receive points
• You must book directly through the UPrevail website to earn your loyalty points (and not from an external booking site).
• Points are only valid on UPrevail events on/after 1st April 2025
• You need to earn a minimum of 1,000 points before you can exchange them for a reward.
• Points must be exchanged for you to receive your reward of a gift card.
• Gift cards can only be used on UPrevail events.
• Loyalty points hold no monetary value.
• Gift cards can not be exchanged for a monetary value.
• Loyalty points are non transferable to other people.
• UPrevail Events Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the Prevail Points and UMatter reward system at any time.
